The Road Accident Fund (RAF) was the headline sponsor of the Disability Career Summit and Expo held at Nasrec on 18 and 19 June this year
Thato Tshikomb, Skills Development Facilitator at the RAF told Disability Connect that learner and graduate programmes within the organisation are aimed at providing critical skills development and workplace readiness for those who participate.
She believes more can be done to transform workplace environments for people with disabilities and that there’s a way to go before many corporates embrace the national legislation of 3% of the workforce being people living with disabilities. Watch the video below……..
